What are the selection criteria?
The management employee must exemplify excellence in the performance of their duties and responsibilities. The nominee must:

  • Show outstanding commitment to supporting teachers and students.
  • Anticipate and resolve problems.
  • Show initiative and resourcefulness.
The nomination should demonstrate, with examples (Maximum 200 words per category), how the nominee:

   1. Finds unique ways to support students.
  

   2. Involves and includes others.
  

   3. Positions the District for ongoing success (continuous improvement)
  

   4. Contributes to the goals and objectives of the District.
