St. Joseph's All Grade is a K-Level III school located in the picturesque community of Terrrenceville on the Burin Peninsula and is in the jurisdiction of the Eastern School District # 400 Newfoundland/Labrador. St. Joseph's All Grade has serviced the Terrenceville area since 1968.We currently have an enrolment of 138 students from the communities of English Harbour East, Grand le Pierre, and Terrenceville, a staff of 17.25 teaching units, 1.5 student assistants, 2 bus drivers, a secretary,and a custodian in our school community. We also have an active school council comprised of our principal, and representation by teachers, parents, students, and community. St. Joseph's All Grade being a Christian School, commits to fostering beliefs and principles that will facilitate the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual growth of our community to its fullest. St. Joseph's All Grade offers the entire provincially prescribed curriculum in Kindergarten through Grade 9 as well as 35 course offerings at the Senior High Level. We also offer a number of Senior High courses through CDLI (Distance Education). Our total number of credits offered is 61.
