Volunteering at School

• Do you want to become more involved in your child's education? Consider joining your school council.

• School councils bring parents, teachers, principals, staff and community representatives together to promote the well-being and effectiveness of the school community and to enhance student learning.

• Individual schools also rely heavily on parent volunteers to help with various tasks and activities. Talk to your child's principal about volunteer opportunities at your school.

• All school volunteers must provide a Certificate of Conduct (Vulnerable Sector Police Check)
