Candidates shall ensure that all required documents are uploaded at the time of application. This includes official University Transcripts, Teaching Certificates and either a Police Records Check for new employees or a Criminal Offense Declaration (available online in your profile under Quick Links #10) for teachers with employment history with the District. Teachers who have terminated their employment with the District and wish to return to work with the District shall supply an updated Police Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Query in order to be considered for employment opportunities.

All applicants applying for a SUBSTITUTE POSITION must update their profile to include their SUBSTITUTE PREFERENCES. PLEASE ENSURE YOU CLICK THE APPLY BUTTON UNDER THE AREA AND GRADE LEVEL THAT YOU ARE QUALIFIED TO SUBSTITUTE IN.
RETIRED TEACHERS: As per the Department of Education policy, retired teachers have to be approved by the Minister of Education prior to being approved for substituting. Please e-mail Gloria Elliott, Personnel Clerk, Human Resources to have your name submitted for approval.
